The oversized air cleaner look was king in the muscle car era, and we wanted to take engine bay styling back to that nostalgic time with these Holley Vintage Series Oval Air Cleaner assemblies. Each air cleaner assembly includes a durable cast aluminum Vintage Series finned lid, a stamped steel 1/2 in. raised baseplate, a 2.5 in. tall premium washable and reusable filter element, and all hardware needed for easy installation. These oversized oval air cleaner assemblies dwarf the competition with their size – measuring at 17 in. long x 9 in. wide – which will make your engine bay stand out in a crowd of stale old oval air cleaners. The included stamped steel baseplate is designed to fit single 4-barrel carburetors with a standard 5-1/8 in. diameter neck, and the 1/2 in. raise is enough to clear throttle linkages, carburetor bowls, and distributors without any worry of interference.
